I offer individual psychotherapy.

I work with adults 21 and over, typically on a weekly basis. Sessions are 50-55 minutes, and I am happy to discuss scheduling and frequency with you.

I accept insurance.

I am an in-network provider with Blue Cross and Blue Shield of NC, Aetna, Medcost, and the North Carolina State Health Plan. I am happy to provide superbills for out-of-network benefits with other insurers.

The private pay rate is $150 per session.

I currently have a 2-3 month waitlist.

As of September 2026, I have a 2-3 month waitlist for daytime appointments. I do not anticipate having evening availability for the foreseeable future. My office is located near downtown Asheville.

I do not provide 24/7 on-call or crisis services.

I strive to respond to your messages within 24 hours but I do not provide emergency or crisis services.
